We encourage you to try our Free plan before subscribing to a paid plan to ensure our service meets your needs.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Failed Payment Attempts

Refunds are provided only in cases where a payment was successfully deducted from your account but you did not receive access to the paid features due to a technical error or system failure.

To qualify for a refund under this policy:

  • Payment must have been successfully deducted from your account
  • You did not receive access to the Pro plan features
  • The issue was caused by a technical error on our end
  • You report the issue within 7 days of the payment

2.2 Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Change of mind after subscribing
  • Unused API calls or features
  • Dissatisfaction with service quality
  • Monthly renewal payments
  • Partial month refunds if you cancel mid-cycle
  • Downgrade from Pro to Free plan
  • Account termination due to Terms of Service violations

When you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

3. Billing Errors and Technical Issues

If you are charged incorrectly due to a technical error, duplicate charge, or payment processing failure, we will:

  • Investigate the issue promptly upon notification
  • Provide a full refund for any erroneous charges
  • Process the refund within 6-7 business days
  • Ensure you receive proper access to paid features if applicable

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund due to a failed payment attempt, please follow these steps:

  • It may take 6-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Free plan usage (as it is free of charge)
  • Subscription renewals after the initial 7-day period
  • Unused API calls or features
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Third-party services or integrations
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless otherwise stated)

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider (chargeback) without first contacting us:

  • Your account may be immediately suspended
  • We will provide evidence of the legitimate charge to your payment provider
  • You may be liable for chargeback fees and administrative costs
  • Your account may be permanently terminated

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
